Destroy My Stuff is a customer-facing service of Provenary, Inc. This policy describes information handled on destroymystuff.com.

Accounts and booking requests

If you create an account or submit a booking request, we store the account details and the request details you submit, such as your name, email, service address, requested service, and schedule. Provider accounts can include business details and documents the provider uploads.

Payments

No payment is collected when a service request is submitted. We do not collect a card number on this website. Do not send a card number by email.

Messages and technical data

If you email support@destroymystuff.com, we use that message and your email address to reply. That mailbox is monitored. The site host and application servers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested so the site can be delivered and protected. We do not sell personal information.

Certificates

A Certificate of Destruction is created only after a provider marks a job completed. Anyone with the certificate number can open the public verification page for that certificate.
